Shipping and Returns
Shipping varies depending on items purchased, but will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart.
We use a next day delivery service for delivering all dresses and royal mail for other items within the UK. International orders will be shipped by airmail. Please ask about international shipping before purchasing.
Turnaround and Delivery Times
The turnaround times for each item that we sell will be different, this is because of the nature of the items that we sell.
We aim to deliver all items with the exception of wedding, bridesmaids and flower girl dresses within 14 days, this is approximate and we will try and get your items to you as soon as possible. All of these items will be sent by first class royal mail as standard, if you wish to upgrade to recorded delivery, next day delivery, or special delivery, please do so when you purchase your items.
Wedding dresses, bridesmaids and flower girl dresses are all custom made to order, because of this the delivery time for dresses is approximately 7 to 8 weeks. However, for an additional £19.99 per dress, express rush cut order is available if you wish to have your dress(es) delivered within 20 working days. All dresses will be sent by next day delivery once they are finished. You can choose to have your dress gift wrapped in a storage box, that you can use to store your dress in after your wedding for just £30, please ask about this when ordering. Both of these options are available on our delivery options page.
Returns
We are an online retailer and do not hold stock. All dresses are made to order, so may only be returned if they are faulty or not as described, for a refund (excluding delivery charges) within 7 days of receiving it, providing the item is new and unused.
For all returns please contact us first. if you do not contact us before returning an item then we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange on the item.
Please note that the cost and responsibility for delivery of items that are to be returned lies with the customer.
